You are right, this is not the discussion forum for these issues. However, I don't think anyone could ignore a plea such as yours. There are agencies and organizations that you can turn to. You can self report your concerns to counselors on campus, to child welfare agencies etc. You can find a child advocacy group to appeal to in an effort to be declared an independent minor. You can seek assistance through your church. There are several organizations and agencies that will assist you given the opportunity. It is up to you to contact these agencies and convince them of your situation. There is no way for an individual online to accurately assess your situation and speak to specific issues. Contact these agencies, allow them to do thier jobs. If your issues are valid they will be able to advise you of your options.
