I am a special ed. teacher who works primarily with students with EBD. I would also be very interested in information on tools to assess environmental impact. I am currently arguing in favor of team taught classes with a regular ed class. The majority of my students are academically on level and need appropriate peer role models. My school has allowed me to form a teaching partenership with one other teacher but is currently very passive toward team teaching as a concept. They neither facilitate or impede they simply allow me to do it with my existing schedules etc. unmodified.
