Dear Michael: I recently became aware of strengths-based education. I am a kindergarten teacher who is interested in bringing the concept of teaching from children's strengths into all areas of education. Has there been a curriculum or planning process developed regarding strengths? Are you aware of a school or a agency utilizing the concept that would be open to inquiries or visitations?
