How would we start a wraparound program in our area I am a mother of the Bipolar child and want to help her and others in our community to become more interested. We live in Jasper Texas and there are no programs in place here in our county expect for the star program and probations dept. we really need more here for our kids and families I thought maybe wraparound would be a good place to start. I have been working with the High School here to get some services in our school at present the only services abailable in our school is a special ed math and english class and then there is a content mastery lab. Thats it my child is home bound at this time because they are unable to handle her. We need help here. Thanks Roann Brown brittany@jas.net
