This National Invitational Conference which took place on March 27-29, 1996, was organized by the Chesapeake Institute of the American Institutes for Research for the U.S. Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, and Justice. The 54-minute Town Meeting tape includes a keynote address from U.S. Department of Education Secretary Richard Riley. Reflections of life experiences by 12 diverse young people who made it through the system are a moving highlight of this tape. #M5223, $30.
