Ms. Deborah J. Andrews, M.S. is currently employed by the Utah State Office of Education as program specialist and the project director of Behavioral and Educational Strategies for Teachers (B.E.S.T.). She also holds a faculty position at the University of Utah in the Department of Special Education. Ms. Andrews is an educational psychologist with a background in special education and psychology. She participated in the Eligibility and Evaluation Task Force-IDEA ’97 Planning Committee and the Discipline Task Force-IDEA ’97 Planning Committee. She has worked as a supervisor for the University of Utah School Psychology Consultation Project. Ms. Andrews has published and presented a great deal in the area of classroom management and school change.
