Kevin P. Dwyer, NCSP helps people understand the importance of school psychology in helping childen and their families to improve education and community living. He is a school psychologist who knows both the policies and practice of the profession. The Assistant Executive Director also helps policy makers draft laws and design programs in mental health and education that are based on sound ideas and will work. The job involves talking with professional and parent leaders, like the National PTA, teachers associations and Mental Health Association to work for common goals.
