Families, Agencies, and Communities Together (FACT) is Utah's statewide collaborative initiative to develop, promote and deliver child-focused, family-centered, community-based and culturally appropriate services which improve the health, safety, education and economic well-being of children and families in Utah. The initiative funds pilot projects and provides incentives for local communities to who want to develop comprehensive community service delivery plans for families and children. |
