Orchard Place - Child Guidance Center Orchard Place-Child Guidance has three branches which provide services for children who are experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. The agency's mission is to promote the well-being of children, youth, and adults by developing their capacity to be competent, resourceful, responsible, and productive through high quality family-focused mental health, social, physical and educational services. |
