Elementary and Middle Schools Technical Assistance
Center The Elementary and Middle Schools Technical Assistance Center (EMSTAC), a recently funded project supported by the Office of Special Education Programs, is seeking to develop a comprehensive national model of technical assistance delivery to improve outcomes for elementary and middle school students with disabilities. During the five years of the project, EMSTAC will test and thoroughly evaluate three different strategies for providing technical assistance. |
