Federal Resource Center for Special Education The FRC is a coordinating center for the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) technical assistance service providers. The FRC monitors and disseminates changes in national educational policy. The FRC assists in linking and coordinating the Regional Resource Centers (RRCs) with each other and with other technical assistance providers. |
