Great Lakes Area Regional Resource Center (GLARRC) GLARRC works with the Great Lakes area state departments of education in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Pennsylvania as the states seek ways to improve their provision of quality special education and related services to infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities and their families. GLARRC support is intended to improve the policies, program and practices in each SEA. Special emphasis is placed on involving all concerned, including teachers, administrators, parents, agency personnel and others through the needs assessment and technical assistance planning and implementation process. |
