Mid-South Regional Resource Center (MSRRC) The MSRRC works with state departments of education and other related agencies in nine states: Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. The mission of the RRC Program is to assist each state to improve programs for children with disabilities and their families, especially those programs related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). |
