NEC*TAS provides technical assistance to assist and support states, the District of Columbia and jurisdictions/outlying areas, as well as Early Education Program for Children with Disabilities (EEPCD) projects, in the implementation of Part H, Part B - Section 619, and EEPCD provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act to expand and improve services to young children with special needs and their families.
