Strategic Partners are clearinghouses, national membership associations,
regional resource centers, and other family and education groups with which CECP
collaborates to identify and disseminate information on effective practices. Contact

The Center's Research Fellows are nationally
recognized experts on children and youth with emotional and behavioral problems.
They collaborate with the Center as web resources for information on their area of

Expert Practitioners
are nationally recognized professionals working in a variety of fields, who identify
and share information about practices and approaches, and ensure that Center products are

The Family Panel is made up of leaders of national
and state-wide family organizations. They help to reduce the gaps between
researchers, practitioners, and the consumers of service, and to ensure that Center
products build involve families in their development and are useful to all families.

Prospectors identify
local programs that are successful in changing outcomes for students with or at risk of
developing emotional/behavioral problems and their families. Contact information,
