Billie J. Navojosky, Ph.D

Billie Navojosky has been the Program Coordinator of PEP’s Early Intervention Center-West since its inception in 1978. Dr. Navojosky is a licensed psychologist and licensed professional clinical counselor. In addition, she holds certification is early childhood, special education, supervision and school psychology. Dr. Navojosky’s doctoral dissertation examined the impact of involvement in the EICs on parent’s perceptions of their children.

Dr. Navojosky is active in numerous professional organizations including serving on the Executive Board of the International Division of Early Childhood; past president of the Ohio Division of Early Childhood; member of the National Disaster Mental Health Team and coordinator of local Trauma Teams of the American Red Cross. She is a consultant for the city of Lakewood’s Youth Services, facilitates an ADHD parent support group, and serves as an Adjunct Instructor for Ashland University. Dr. Navojosky has presented throughout the country on various topics including managing challenging behaviors, brain research and its impact on early childhood programs, ADHD, and stress management.
