What follows is a list of meeting attendees who were registered as of September 14, 1999, and does not reflect any on-site registrants or cancellations. An updated list will replace this one as soon as it is available in late October.

The list is broken up alphabetically by state.  Each listing contains the attendee's name, organization (where available), and work phone (where available).   Any state that is not represented in this list had no meeting attendees registered as of September 14; however, attendees may have registered on-site.  Conference presenters, organization representatives, and Federal agency representatives will be listed in the updated list, as well.
